Kuji Furumiya’s Unnamed Memory -after the end- light novel series will conclude in December, when Dengeki Bunko also publishes an art book titled Unnamed Memory Archives -chibi art works-.
Furumiya began serializing the original Unnamed Memory online in September 2012, and Kadokawa published it in print with illustrations by chibi from January 2019. The main series ran six volumes between 2019 and 2021, plus a February 2026 “Extra” volume. Kadokawa started the -after the end- sequel in February 2022 and released its sixth volume in May 2025, alongside its own “Extra” volume.
Yen Press releases both the novels and Naoki Koshimizu’s manga adaptation in English. The original novels topped the 2020 edition of Takarajimasha’s Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! guidebook and inspired a TV anime that aired in April 2024, followed by a second season, Unnamed Memory Act.2, in January 2025; Crunchyroll streamed both.
