Marking Doki-Doki's 20th anniversary, celebrated creator Boichi (Sun-Ken Rock, Dr. STONE) returns to the publisher's catalog with his new series The Marshal King. Set in a desolate, lawless era, it follows Jim Godspeed, son of the legendary outlaw 'M' Godspeed, who arrives dragging his father's coffin — having killed him himself — and declares his intent to become a marshal, leaving open whether justice or something darker drives him. Boichi blends steampunk and western genres in what the publisher calls one of his most visually accomplished works to date, born from his love of cinema and ambition to create a story built for a global audience.
