This year’s 39th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jumpmagazine announced on Monday that manga authors Shun Numa (Super Psychic Policeman Chojo)and Yūshin Kuroki (Teenage Renaissance! David) will launch a new manga titled Ura no Report (Ura’s Report) in the magazine’s next issue on August 31. Numa is credited for the original story, and Kuroki is drawing the manga.

Numa’s Super Psychic Policeman Chojo (Chōjun! Chōjō Senpai) manga started as a one-shot story in Weekly Shonen Jump in April 2023, and began serialization in February 2024. Viz Media and Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service published chapters of the manga simultaneously with the Japan release. The mangaended in June 2025. Shueisha published the manga’s seventh and final eighth compiled bookvolumes in September 2025. Viz Media will also publish the manga’s fifth volume physically on September 1. The manga’s television anime will debut on October 6.
Kuroki’s Teenage Renaissance! David (Shishunki Renaissance! David-kun) manga launched in WeeklyShonen Jump in September 2018, and ended in May 2019. MANGA Plus published the manga in English. Viz Media previewed the first three chapters of the manga as part of its “Jump Start” initiative.
