Atlus has released a run of character videos for Persona 4 Revival, a remake of its 2008 role-playing game, spotlighting Yosuke, Chie and Yukiko across July and August and adding a new clip for Kanji on Saturday.
Atlus has confirmed that animation studio MAPPA is handling all of the game’s animated cutscenes.
The original Persona 4 launched on PlayStation 2 in 2008 and received an expanded PS Vita port, Persona 4 Golden, in 2011. The wider series has since produced the Persona 4 Arena fighting games and Persona 4: Dancing All Night, while Atlus previously remade Persona 3 as Persona 3 Reload, released in February 2024 and brought to Nintendo Switch 2 in October 2025.
