With more than 1,150 episodes, One Piece is the most intimidating watch order in anime — but the story itself is one continuous journey. Here is the practical One Piece watch order for 2026, organised by arc, with the filler you can safely skip.
One Piece watch order by arc
- East Blue Saga — Romance Dawn, Orange Town, Syrup Village, Baratie, Arlong Park, Loguetown (roughly episodes 1–61).
- Alabasta Saga — Reverse Mountain, Whisky Peak, Little Garden, Drum Island, Alabasta.
- Sky Island Saga — Jaya and Skypiea.
- Water 7 Saga — Long Ring Long Land, Water 7, Enies Lobby, Post-Enies Lobby.
- Thriller Bark Saga.
- Summit War Saga — Sabaody Archipelago, Amazon Lily, Impel Down, Marineford, Post-War.
- Fish-Man Island Saga.
- Dressrosa Saga — Punk Hazard and Dressrosa.
- Whole Cake Island Saga — Zou, Whole Cake Island, Levely.
- Wano Country Saga — the long Wano arc.
- Final Saga — the Egghead arc (episodes 1089–1155), followed by the Elbaf arc, which began on April 5, 2026 in a new seasonal late-night format of roughly 26 episodes per year.
Which One Piece filler can you skip?
One Piece has far less filler than Naruto, and most of it is grouped into clearly separate arcs — for example the G-8 arc after Skypiea, the Ocean’s Dream arc, the Ice Hunter arc, and the Foxy’s Return arc. None of it affects the main story, so skipping filler arcs entirely is a common and safe choice. There is also light padding scattered within canon arcs; a community filler list will flag individual episodes if you want a zero-filler run.
Where to watch One Piece in 2026
Crunchyroll carries the full run of One Piece subtitled, with a large and growing dubbed catalogue, and simulcasts new Elbaf-arc episodes. Netflix and Hulu stream large batches of episodes in many regions. The 15 theatrical films are mostly non-canon side stories and can be watched any time.
A faster route: the manga
Many fans catch up by reading Eiichiro Oda’s manga through the Egghead arc and then switching to the seasonal anime for Elbaf. The manga moves considerably faster than the anime’s pacing during long arcs.
