Marvelous teased its next title in the Story of Seasons game franchisewith footage on Monday, along with the first footage of Rune Factory 6 during the "Story of Seasons 30th Anniversary and Rune Factory 20th Anniversary" livestream.

The Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar remake game launched for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam in August 2025. The game launched for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on May 28. The game originally launched for the Nintendo DS in Japan in 2008. Natsume released it in English under the title Harvest Moon DS: Grand Bazaar in 2010.
The game was one of two new Story of Seasons games that Marvelous is planning, with one being a single player game, and the other being a multiplayer game.
Marvelous had announced in 2023 that is developing both Rune Factory 6 as a new game in its RPG/farming game franchise.
The Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma (Ryū no Kuni RuneFactory) game launched worldwide for Switch and PC via Steam in May 2025. The game got aSwitch 2 version in June 2025 at the console's launch and PS5 and Xbox X|S releases on February 13. The game was formerly known as Rune Factory: Project Dragon.
