Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the best-selling manga of all time and a box-office phenomenon in anime form. Its release order mixes TV seasons with theatrical films, so here is the full Demon Slayer watch order for 2026.

- Demon Slayer Season 1 (2019) — Episodes 1–26. Tanjiro’s origin through the Natagumo Mountain arc.
- Demon Slayer: Mugen Train — the story of the Mugen Train arc. It exists as both the 2020 theatrical film and a 7-episode TV version (2021) with an extra episode of new footage. Either works; the film is the tighter watch.
- Demon Slayer Season 2 – Entertainment District arc (2021–2022) — Episodes 1–11.
- Demon Slayer Season 3 – Swordsmith Village arc (2023) — Episodes 1–11.
- Demon Slayer Season 4 – Hashira Training arc (2024) — Episodes 1–8. Shorter, and largely a bridge into the finale.
- Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle — the finale is a trilogy of films. The first film released in Japanese theatres in 2025 and reached Crunchyroll and other digital platforms on July 28, 2026. The second film is scheduled for 2027 and the third for 2029.

Crunchyroll streams all four TV seasons and the Mugen Train arc, subtitled and dubbed. Netflix and Hulu also carry the TV seasons in many regions. Mugen Train and the first Infinity Castle film are additionally available to buy or rent on digital storefronts.
Do you need the Mugen Train TV version?
No. The 2020 film and the 2021 TV cut tell the same arc. The only unique material in the TV version is its first episode, which expands on the lead-in from the end of Season 1. Most viewers just watch the film.

About 55 TV episodes plus the films — roughly 25 hours before the remaining Infinity Castle movies. The manga by Koyoharu Gotouge is complete, so the ending is set.
