The third and final volume of the manga Goze Hotaru, arriving at Crunchyroll/Kaze on June 24, gets a limited edition at 10.99 euros (3 euros above standard), including a storage box for all three volumes and a postcard. Kou Tosaya's debut series, serialized in Japan in 2024 in Shueisha's digital Shonen Jump+, centers on the goze, itinerant blind female musicians of historical Japan who traditionally played the shamisen (similar in subject to the manga Neko Goze). It follows Hotaru, a blind girl who has lived isolated since her mother's death, believing her disability burdens her family — until her grandfather brings her to see a goze performance, inspiring her to become a musician herself and perhaps find her missing father.
