The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth in Texas announced on Friday that its Modern Film Festival 2026 will screen a slate of anime films, including ChaO, The Last Blossom and Cocoon, alongside other titles.
The festival runs September 18-20. Dr. Marc Hairston, a founding editor of the academic journal Mechademia and co-author of A Cultural Guide to Anime and Manga, will introduce the films.
