Japan Expo's weekly Twitch stream revealed another major guest for its 2026 edition: Ryo Minenami, author of Boy's Abyss. She'll hold two signing sessions at Kana's booth (Thursday July 9, 2-4pm, and Sunday July 12, 2:30-4pm; access requires purchasing a series volume and exchanging the receipt for a signing ticket, first-come first-served, favoring festival Zen-pass holders), plus a separate signing at the Le Renard Dore bookstore in Paris on Saturday July 11 (5:30-7pm, sign-up in-store with a purchase), and a talk on her work Sunday July 12 at 1:30pm in the masterclass room. Boy's Abyss, a teen drama serialized in Shueisha's Young Young from 2020-2024, is complete in 18 volumes (published in France by Kana) and got an 8-episode drama adaptation in 2022, not yet available in France.
