Following an early-year teaser, Glenat revealed more details at Japan Expo about its upcoming deluxe edition of Tite Kubo's hit action manga Bleach. As expected, it will follow Japan's 'Shueisha Jump Remix' format, compiling the series into 26 nearly-triple-sized volumes with new covers, large hardcover format, and previously untranslated color pages from the original Japanese serialization. Volume 1 is due September 9 at 19.90 euros. The series follows Ichigo Kurosaki, who can see spirits, and gains the full powers of death god Rukia after she is wounded fighting a malevolent lost soul, forcing him to balance ordinary high school life with his new role as a soul reaper.
