After being teased by its own author months earlier, the French release of the manga Usogui is now confirmed at Meian, launching ambitiously with the first five volumes releasing simultaneously September 18 in large 14.8x21cm format at 7.95 euros each, alongside a limited, numbered 3,000-copy collector's box (39.75 euros) with volumes 1-5 plus an acrylic stand, keychain, metal plaque, bookmark, five bookplates, a poster, and a collectible card, available for preorder exclusively on Anime Store. Following Kingdom, this marks Meian's second collaboration with Shueisha; originally serialized in Japan from 2006-2018 in Young Jump across 49 volumes with over 12 million copies sold, creator Toshio Sako's psychological, strategic action thriller follows a genius manipulator navigating an underground world of high-stakes gambling where money, power, honor, and lives are on the line.
