Crunchyroll continued making announcements over the summer, revealing four new anime joining its simulcast lineup in coming months, plus the acquisition of Solo Leveling: Beyond the System, a new film in production at A-1 Pictures (produced by Aniplex, Netmarble, D&C Media, Kakao Piccoma, and Crunchyroll) serving as a direct sequel to Season 2. Among the newly announced series (based on the manga published in France by Kana, debuting October): high schooler Ageha Yoshina finds a mysterious red phone card, and when his childhood friend Sakurako Amamiya—who had an identical card—vanishes without a trace, his search leads him to a secret organization called Psyren behind a series of disappearances, pulling him into a deadly game. Another anime, based on a light novel and airing in January 2027, follows sorcerer Asley, who after thousands of years alone with his dog decides to rejoin society and test his magic in a world that has changed drastically. A further title is based on Reno Lemaire's own French-made manga, published by Pika Édition.
