Director Hiroyuki Imaishi and writer Kazuki Nakashima, the acclaimed duo behind Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill, and the film Promare, are reuniting for a fourth project, as announced last month by studio Trigger's official account, with no further details given. In a brief interview also shared by the studio, the pair revealed that reuniting was planned right after Promare's production wrapped, but took longer than expected; the script is now finalized while Imaishi works on the storyboard. No release date or year has been announced yet.
