Following last year's release of Shotaro Ishinomori's Jun, IMHO will publish another work set in the same universe this year: The Fantastic World of Jun, a second two-volume cycle of short stories, due in France November 20 at 14 euros (14.8x21cm format, with original color pages). Originally published in Japan in 1977-1978 in Kodansha's Apache magazine, the stories draw on classic fairy tales (Gulliver's Travels, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood) to satirize a society ruined by adults who have lost their inner child. It follows young Jun, mistreated by his stepmother and stepsisters, who escapes each night into countless magical worlds through a tiny rocket-shaped pendant left by his vanished father, searching for him.
